Consisting of The School of Human Rights Association, Trade Union Rights and Freedoms Monitoring Network (Senİzle), and Dr. Nail Dertli as researcher, worked on field diagnosis titled 'Monitoring, Reporting and Strengthening Trade Union Rights and Freedoms in Türkiye: Initial Findings'. The study examined violations of trade union rights within a human rights framework, and focused on the right to work and trade union rights of workers. Based on a quantitative research design, it drew on the analysis of international sources to identify global patterns and key trends in Türkiye. The field research was conducted in specific cities in Türkiye and contributes to evidence-based monitoring and reporting, while offering insights to inform policymakers and relevant stakeholders.
